Tim West

Tim West - Chairman
Tim joined Lexington in 2006 to work alongside Mike to further develop the company. With his wide experience and knowledge, Tim ensures that our strategy works in complete harmony with our clients needs. Tim has enjoyed a successful career as MD of High Table and Chief Executive of Avenance UK. He is recognised as a leading figure in the hospitality sector. In recognition of his success, Tim was awarded the Catey award for Food Service Manager of the year in 1998. Tim is a visiting Fellow at Oxford Brookes, a Liveryman and Freeman of the City.

Mike Sunley

Mike Sunley - Chief Executive
Before setting up Lexington in 2002, Mike was a board Director for Avenance with responsibility for 130 contracts in London. Mike also enjoyed highly successful senior management roles with both High Table and Compass accumulating over 18 years of experience. With a totally focussed approach, Mike has built a company with an enviable reputation. He leads an experienced team who are passionate about delivering exceptional food and service to our customers and clients.

Julia Edmunds

Julia Edmonds - Managing Director
Julia joined Lexington in 2007 as Sales and Marketing Director focusing on business development and became Managing Director in 2010. Julia’s experience covers a broad spectrum of operations and sales. Prior to Lexington, Julia worked for Compass Group for five years as Business Development Manager for operating companies Restaurant Associates and Baxter and Platts. Julia progressed into sales following a career in operations for companies including The Catering Guild, Charlton House and a leading City law firm.

Russell Scanlon

Russell Scanlon - Sales & Marketing Director
Russell joined Lexington in 2010 as Sales & Marketing Director to develop further new business opportunities. Russell joined Lexington from Compass Group's fine dining arm Restaurant Associates where he looked after business development on a regional and national basis. He started his career in the hotel sector working for Thistle, Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza hotels before a move into the licensed retail sector with Scottish & Newcastle. Russell's first foray into the contract catering market came when he joined Counter Solutions as a Business Development Manager. This broad experience then led him to a position as Consultant with Tricon Foodservice Consultants where he dealt with many corporate clients and contract catering companies working on foodservice strategy, contract tenders and operational reviews.

 
Rob Kirby

Robert Kirby - Chef Director
Robert ensures that great food remains at the very heart of Lexington. Robert selects and manages our suppliers, holds monthly chef forums and supports our on site teams with menu and service innovation. Rob is very much engaged with the selection of our chefs and their ongoing development. Robert previously worked as executive chef for Avenance where he had worked for 14 years in total – leading brigades at Visa international, Société Generalé and HSBC. Robert’s previous experience included restaurants and hotels in the UK and Middle East. Robert is a leading member of and sits on the committee of the Academy of Culinary Arts. Robert has won various awards during his career including contract catering Chef of the Year in 2003, and Gold Medals at Hotelympia.

Katharine Lewis

Katharine Lewis - Director
Katharine is one of the co-founders of Lexington and provides support for all our Operations. Katharine enjoyed a highly successful career with High Table joining as manager in 1993 and progressing to Operations Manager in 1998. Katharine has mobilised and managed high profile contracts such as Cameron McKenna, Société Generalé (where she gained a ‘Caterer’ Acorn Award) and Swiss Bank.

Rachel Lindner

Rachel Lindner - Director
Rachel is one of the co-founders of Lexington and is responsible for Operations. Rachel’s background in commercial 4 and 5 star hotels and restaurants lead to a highly successful career with Catering Allied and High Table (now Avenance). Rachel’s major achievements include mobilizing many high profile catering services including European Bank, BP, and Lloyds of London before progressing to Operations Manager in the City and then to work with Lexington.
