New for 2011 Lexington launched our new chef apprenticeship scheme.

The scheme, in conjunction with Springboard and The University of West London, provides a great opportunity for young chefs new to the industry to work within one of London’s Top 100 businesses whilst gaining valuable NVQ Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications.

The scheme offers the following benefits:

• Full time paid employment in a Lexington contract whilst studying
• Day release to The University of West London to gain NVQ Level 1 and 2 qualifications
• Opportunities for a Year 3 Degree course upon successful completion of Years 1 and 2
• Mentoring by a Lexington Head Chef and Development Chef throughout
• Valuable experience in a "business & industry" environment in London & South East
• Guaranteed future employment with Lexington
