
Lexington’s philosophy on food is simple. Great food can only be produced if you start with great ingredients. We source the freshest of ingredients from local suppliers ensuring that all food we buy is seasonal.
We are committed to promoting fairtrade products and the use of organic food and fish from sustainable sources.
Our chef director Robert Kirby works with our highly skilled chefs to develop menus that are modern, seasonal and above all tasty.
We produce all our food on site – from our yummy muffins, brownies and flapjacks for our Illy and Starbucks cafes to home made chunky soups and freshly roasted joints of meat in our deli bars. In our restaurants modern dishes as well as tried and tested classics feature on the menus – for example penne pasta vine tomato and crushed pea pesto through to the classic shepherd’s pie... not forgetting the ever popular syrup sponge.
For our private dining clients we ensure that the menus are absolutely appropriate, look fantastic, taste wonderful and equally are easy to eat.
