Lexington has chosen to support the community focusing on education where we are able to use our expertise in food working with young people and children. Our aim is to provide education on food and healthy eating through our activity with schools and to inspire young people in the world of food.

Initiatives include:

Involvement with Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen foundation.

Adopt a School; as part of the Academy of Culinary Arts Adopt a School scheme.

Great Ormond Street is our nominated charity.

Work with Universities; as a fellow of Oxford Brookes, Tim West invests his time promoting the industry and the opportunities that encourage students in their career development.

Robert Kirby is a Patron of Thames Valley University where he does demonstrations to students.

Graduate Training Programme: 1 year graduate training programme and management opportunities within the company.
